Wonder what makes me a Trauma Queen? Plenty. Okay, I’m self-crowned, but I earned it the hard way.
Early in my career as an EFT practitioner, I helped a client, who was my aunt, overcome a pancreatic tumor.
To the point they wheeled her out of her scheduled “Whipple procedure” surgery room, because they could no longer locate the tumor at the head of her pancreas. It was gone.
I wrote an article about it called “The Angry Pancreas” published on Gary Craig’s Emofree Website. It was an overnight sensation that received an enormous global response.
I’ve had thousands of private client experiences world wide with every form of cancer, from pancreatic to skin, and a host of other life-threatening diseases.
Plus, I'm an Emotional Medical Intuitive.
That means I can see/feel/hear the emotional core of literally any health condition you have, and I can see your blind spots, the things not obvious to you. The way it works for me is that I have a very strong sense of cognition within minutes of meeting you either personally or remotely with an amazing degree of accuracy. Those insights guide my private one-on-one sessions with clients, making each session highly personalized and highly productive.
For you that means there's no wasting time and money second guessing what your emotional focus should be. It takes the overwhelm out of where to begin tapping. That's especially vital information if you're currently dealing with long-standing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, cancer, a serious disease or a chronic pain syndrome.
In the field of Energy Psychology and in the tapping world, I’m an expert in trauma. I have first-hand experience with childhood trauma, and I know first-hand what it feels like to release it from your body forever.
Creator of my signature way of tapping, the Bitch Tap Method™ and by using it on myself, I learned to reign over my own emotions. And I stopped them from ruling over me and destroying my life.
In front of other people, just like a cameleon, dad could change in a flash and transform into an affable, funny, and loving father. He had our relatives and family friends completely fooled because they had absolutely no idea he was so out of control and that our lives were in such a mess.
And it f***ed us up. We were a family of secret keepers, with so much shame around it, none of us ever betrayed our less-than-perfect story. The real truth was that dad was suffering in silence physically and he took it out on us. Mom was powerless to help him, stop him, or save us from him. Like walking in a minefield, my big brother Louie and I had to learn to tread carefully, because we never knew what would set him off and explode.
By the time I was four years old, I knew deep down inside I wasn’t safe; I was on my own, and I was definitely nobody’s little princess.
The collateral damage of our childhood emotional and physical abuse was devastating. My big brother, Louie, didn’t survive his wounds. He was only 27 years old when he passed away from a drug overdose.
Through tapping, I was able to reconcile my hatred and resentment for my father and forgive him with all my heart. By us tapping together, dad and I were finally able to relax and fully enjoy each others' company long before he passed away.
Stopping the cycle of our family trauma enabled me to experience the father and daughter love between us that I always dreamed of. I have no regrets, and I'm so grateful for that second chance.
I was hired as a Flight Attendant for Continental Airlines in 1977 when I was 19 years old. It was an exciting time of my life flying stateside domestically and the South Pacific including Honolulu, Hawaii, Nadi, Figi, Auckland, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia.
I studied people waiting in airports for my next fight, and I experienced hundreds of thousands of different personalities, celebrities, and major sports figures. From my coworkers and their jump seat confessions, I heard stories of pain and betrayal, hopes and dreams, and the issues my gay boyfriends faced in society in the 70s and 80s during what seemed at the time as their own pandemic, AIDS.
I hung up my wings after 10 years. Sky Goddess didn’t fit anymore, I wanted to be a doctor.

1000's of patients and clients all over the world
Fast-forward to me with 17 years of clinical experience under my belt as a holistic Chiropractic physician before I discovered Energy Psychology.
In private practice, my focus was on fibromyalgia and women’s health conditions. Along with their Chiropractic conditions, many of my patients also had other serious health issues, including auto-immune disorders.
Literally thousands of patients later, I discovered that I could clearly see that each illness had their own unique and common emotional running theme. I could also clearly and easily see the source of their wounds, just like a home movie, in my mind's eye within minutes of taking their health history. They were stunned by my pointed questions, and I was stunned by their predictable answers. And their wounds all stemmed from trauma.
The intensity levels of their anger varied, ranging from passive-aggressive, to almost palpable anger energy permeating the room the minute they walked through the door.
The overlying control issue that accompanies these conditions is used to control a desired response.... and feel like LOVE.
Their pain was too hard to reach for reasons known only to the patient. I knew in my heart that the pain of lack of nurturing from their mothers (predominantly) had broken their hearts. And that they were profoundly pissed off about it.
Back then, I didn't know how to address that hidden layer of health.
Sadly, my fibromyalgia patient’s resistance to healing was so profound, so hard to reach, devastating for them, and especially frustrating for me, that I eventually gave up treating them altogether.
But those clinical experiences motivated me to keep trying different methods of healing, eventually discovering the concept of Energy Psychology and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
After first trying tapping on myself as a sceptic, testing it on my own traumatic events, I was absolutely stunned by my results.
Adding in the influence of the human biofield to heal our emotional and physical health became an absolute fundamental change for me. I retired from clinical practice as a Chiropractic physician to become an EFT practitioner.
And I’ve helped those clients through every manifestation of human trauma you could possibly imagine.
I developed the Bitch Tap Method™ for my seriously ill clients.
They're emotionally blocked, and what I perceive, on emotional lockdown. For their own reasons, they can’t access their own anger. I figured everyone knows how to bitch in some form; it turns out, it was exactly what they needed to do, but only if they tapped while they did it to make it productive bitching instead of blowing out a lot of hot air for nothing.
And it worked!
It had to come out, and it did! From grumbling inside your head, to grumbling under your breath, to snide remarks out of the side of your mouth, to full-blown bitching and yelling.
Bitch Tap uses anger as a tool to uncover repressed emotions. Using it makes it faster to get to core issues because it reignites the old pain point so you can get back in touch with it and own it. Only then can you release it.
Faster was important because my late stage cancer patients usually had a small amount of time for us to work together because of their treatment schedules like surgery dates, radiation treatments and chemotherapies.
Early in private practice I found that using the traditional formula of EFT starting with a positive affirmation, trying to get a really sick person to say that they "deeply and completely loved and accepted themselves" didn't land at all, and bounced right off them energetically.
It was time wasted wrestling with their intellect instead of their true emotions.
My other reason for developing Bitch Tapping came from interviewing past clients and workshop attendees who, even though they knew it worked, they gave up on tapping because they couldn't do it just like me. They were afraid to say the wrong thing and do it wrong.
My point is, I know the biofield is activated by percussion pressure (tapping). The energy released is selected by focusing on a specific NEGATIVE event.
Your body and Biofield do not care about how you say it, as long as it’s how you really feel and not how you want to feel - there is a difference. The strongest medicine comes from you speaking your negative truth in your own words.
And that difference is what’s critical to real healing
